Web sight was a little quirky trying to place order and never had to pay shipping before. I purchase most of my gear from them and always had good experience with ordering.

Thanks for asking if I received this order and chance to review. Great products, great service as always. I do believe that I received everything in this order. I absolutely received the Penn Spinfisher reel. Have not had chance to use it yet due to the weather. I think I received all of the diamond jigs, and one may have come in a separate delivery. Great follow up from the company.
Nothing related to Tackle Direct but my guess is that the reason you were following up to see if I received this order is due to very, very inconsistent USPS package tracking during COVID-19 (I could not tell when I tracked). Appreciate that follow up!
I also ordered a Toadfish rod from you 15 days ago. Hope I receive that but USPS has not updated their tracking since it was checked in. Would have given 5 stars if you could convince me it was actually on its way so I didn’t keep looking out the front door (or let me know it wasn’t so I could purchase at local tackle shop and create claim). Sorry about that but in your defense the 14 other orders ($1200+) I placed with you over the past year have absolutely arrived faster than expected. I think this is a USPS thing but still very frustrating especially since I had specific trip planned to use it.

Trying to make a order is very very difficult, like the colors do not show up with the size, and all my info.do not show.it took to long to order, and need to be made simple, thank you, and stay safe!
Good service good product fast delivery with ups or fedex but usps was very slow to deliver nearly 3 weeks
Pictures and description of Star Rods are lacking, had to go to Star's website to get accurate view.
I just e-mailed the following to Tackle Direct for order #890089 we will see if they respond.
I just recieved this order after waiting nearly 3 weeks. The Penn fathom box factory seal was broken and the reel appears to have been used. Some items I ordered are not in the shipping box and I can't tell if they have been back ordered since the wrong invoice was included in the box! I will be contesting payment of this order until you fix this. Please send me instructions to return the reel and a postage paid container to put it in. I will not accept your sloppy business practices. Payment will be restored when you make this right. You may want to contact Dave Zabrowski and tell him that you shipped his packing slip to someone else.
it took 5 weeks to receive the tackle i ordered fishing season had since past. guess i will have them for next year. wish i would have been informed of the lengthy shipping time.

Yes, other companies I have used for online purchases are much better with communications and customer service.
